Exercises to Maximize Hand pretty embarrassing

I was always really into sports but never big enough to play sad part was how was actually pretty good but it was hard for the coaches to ever look past my bone body in game shock forward a few years later I notice my friends were becoming more muscular confident and successful testerect but me I'm her zilch nothing Dada I didn't grow lost confidence and hovered around the same pounds for ever here that was me pretty embarrassing I was a year-old man living in the body of a 16-year-old boy this cause me to become very insecure around women because I felt like all the notice was my scrawny arms purism and pathetic bird chest when I went on gates which was hardly ever I hated going anywhere there was a big crowd mainly because I felt like she would feel uncomfortable to be seen with some skinny geek .
